If you’re an artist of any kind, you’ve likely experienced burnout - which is hard to realise and even harder to get out of.

It’s so easy to lose your rhythm and get caught up in the thrill of running a business while making sure your ideas remain fresh, alive and consistent.

Those close to me understand what huge role music plays in many aspects of my life - and I’ve realized that rhythm is what maintains my inner peace. One thing which has helped me maintain this rhythm is consciously anticipating proactive pauses. These pauses help me acknowledge “chapters” in my growth as an artist, allowing me to appreciate that in the midst of all this it’s so important to reflect and be grateful before taking on new challenges.

So - in a nutshell,

De La Salle College offered its students to spend

De La Salle College offered its students to spend almost a year diving into the art of filmmaking through the “script to screen” program. The program gave a group of 10 and 11 year olds insight into the entire production process in the making of a short film.

Nisġa, had the opportunity to teach students everything that goes on behind a production like this. From shaping their ideas into script, storyboarding, running orders, filming, lighting, sound and directing to getting an good insight on post production.

These little clips and photos are proof of the boys’ commitment and hard work - you truly made everyone proud! 🎥
